I am an electronic engineer working as a product and process engineer in medical and industrial manufacturing as well as in automation and the automotive sector, with more than 5 years of experience working in environments oriented to electronic devices and test equipment.

Strong ability to lead and participate in multidisciplinary projects where I contribute with diagnosis, repair, engineering testing for the selection and release of new components to the creation of standard operating procedures (SOP), optimization of workstations, realization of sort instructions , support of production lines to maintain an acceptable FPY, among other activities, ensuring efficient processes.

Process Engiener
Manufacturing of medical products.
-Process engineer in charge of 2 sub-assembly production lines and one final assembly line.
-Support is provided to production lines, troubleshooting is performed on failed devices to find root causes and perform corrective actions or preventive actions to mitigate and/or avoid an increase in defects.
-Good documentation practices (GDP), good manufacturing practices(GMP) and 5's are implemented.
-Update of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Equipment Parameter Sheet (EPS).
-Development of Engineering Change Bulletin(ECB), Engineering Change Order(ECO), Sort Instruction, work instruction, CAPA activities.
-Gembas are attended where the main task is to communicate about the defects of the area, showing a daily and monthly Pareto graph, presenting the root cause, preventive and corrective actions, also showing the list of deviations and ECO's opened by engineering and their status.

Product Engineer

Manufacturing of radiofrequency and medical products.
-Engineer in charge of final assembly technical area: The technical personnel of the 1st and 2nd shift area are trained, they are given tools, and the 5's method is implemented.
-Troubleshooting at hand mount(HM) level and final assembly(FA).
-Bill of materials update(BOM).
-Inspection and repair of PCBA's, communicating the defects found to the areas where said defects originated to find the root cause and solve them.
-Gembas are attended to where my main role is to communicate the defects that occurred in the production line, showing a Pareto graph, preventive and corrective actions to mitigate defects in the production line.
-Product rework: work with manufacturing and quality engineering to establish the rework flow, layout, jigs and necessary personnel, subsequently communicated to the rest of the CFT to be able to complete said task.

Electronic Engineer - Research and Development

- Project - Vision system using NI LabView Vision Builder: The vision system detects the correct positioning of the conector in a mold. It is achieved by conditioning the activation of the plastic injection through said inspection.
