Coordinate and manage the new project with customers (Tokai Rika, AISIN, Autoliv, Fehrer, Preh, Nippon Seiki) and tool makers (Taiwan & Corea)

➢ Manage the process of Introduction of New Products and/or New Projects (Toyota, Ford, Tesla, Nissan, GM, Subaru)

➢ Manage the process of the Engineering Change Request.

➢ Evaluate Desing for Mold Manufacturing.

➢ Participate in the launch (kick-off) of molds.

➢ Follow assigned programs and ensure action plans, deadlines, and customer requirements.

➢ Develop Process and Product Validation and confirm Customer feedback on Product acceptance.

➢ Ensure maintaining pertinent records originated by the New Products, Engineering Changes, and Control of Engineering Drawings process

➢ Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to the product, process, quality system, and mold.

➢ Control the delivery of the product until the deficiency or non-conformity has been corrected.

➢ Hold launching meetings with customers, and TFC.

➢ Prepare and develop PPAP documents to provide to customers.

➢ Work closely with Metrology, to validate samples to customers

➢ Prepare and launch the implementation of the new project in the company, with customers such as Schneider Electric, Otis Elevators, Acuity, Lithonia, and Honeywell.

➢ Prepare RFQ for customer necessities.

➢ Create the documentation of the new launch (drawings, instruction sheets, packaging instructions)

➢ Hold launching meetings with customers, and TFC.

➢ Creation of BOM or bill of materials for the new product/ECN (30-50 lines)

➢ Review standard labor time in the current process and new process for requote or improve times.

➢ Fabricate and follow up on the new assembly/samples.

➢ Prepare and review the information needed for the current/new assembly (fixtures, forecast, tools, equipment)

➢ Monthly KPIs of the department

➢ Control of inventory of the department, following reworks and obsolete materials

➢ Prepare and update progress reports of the projects (APQP, PFMEA, Inspection Reports, InstructionsSheets, PSW, PPAP)

➢ Verify the progress of the projects in the field (assembly line, quality inspection, warehouse holding)

➢ Support and manage the development of the timeline for the delivery of the project into mass production.

➢ Creation of purchasing orders for stationery, equipment, and materials needed for the project

Support and coordinate sample running test with documentation for engineering andtest/samples.

➢ Planning out the launch of the new injection molding tools, working hand to handwith departments as painting, printing, final line, process, metrology, SMT,KANBAN, Import/Export

➢ Working hand to hand, with tool manufacturer JAPAN, CHINA, KOREA, USA, MEXICO

➢ Follow-up disposition of new program material in areas as Scrap, Kanban, Run Test,metrology, paint.

➢ Control information received from manufacturer (Fixture/Jig/Poka-yokes)

➢ Creation of PPAP, for customer/manufacturer approvals FORD, HONDA, NISSAN, AUDI,BWM, GM

➢ Knowledge in PFMEA, CPSW, PCP-Process Control Plan, CFT

➢ Manipulate Bill of Material (BOM), Engineering Changes.

➢ Inventory Control-Auditory base on LPA TS 16949

➢ Schedule the first run and R&R with departments associated.

➢ Create the documentation, and standard pack for each program, going into mass production.

➢ Approval of Engineering Changes (Resin/Inserts/Paint/Printing/cavities/texture) as samplesor prototype or mass production

➢ Attended meetings of CE for new changes/events in which the department is needed.
