Trailers
• Started my role as a Sales Agent in March 2023 within a team
consisting of three salesmen and a General Manager. Our
objective was to generate five qualified, ready-to-buy leads
per agent, per month for our closing department. Within my
initial three months, I not only achieved but exceeded this
target, consistently delivering 7 to 9 leads monthly.
• Grew to the position of top-selling agent by my fourth month,
I assumed the role of Team Leader, overseeing a group of four
teammates. In my fifth month, I transitioned into a closer role
for the sales team, managing their daily progress and
facilitating sales through various channels, including phone
calls, video calls, emails, and text messages. Responsibilities
extended to creating sales contracts, securing down
payments, and ensuring the production team adhered to
contract timelines for trailer delivery, always guiding my team
and myself to follow the companies protocalls and guidelines.
• Pioneered the development of a comprehensive Call Center
Sales Knowhow for the company. Instituted a robust training
agenda and conducted training sessions for our freelancing
team. Additionally, implemented a Social Media strategy to
establish brand presence across different states in the United
States.
• Throughout my first year, I meticulously generated and
maintained reports, including weekly and end-of-month call
counts, incoming call logs, and training agendas.
Independently closed over 32 food trailer business deals from
initiation to completion, while also guiding my sales team to
successfully close 48 food trailer businesses. Provided
