*Coordinate the transfer of equipment from Canada and the United States, with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Maintenance to create actions for installation, debugging and start-up of the machine, reporting the status of each machine to the corporate staff.

*Coordinate the production of the Manufacturing area by allocating the necessary resources to fulfill orders on time and quality required.

*Lead the value stream team, report to the Vice President of the corporation the KPIs of the Manufacturing area, present A3 reports, analyze the data and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance to create actions to help increase productivity.

*Create savings projects and continuous improvement projects.

* Coordinate Preventive / Corrective Maintenance scheduling.

* Review, comply and monitor the procedures of the Maintenance and Manufacturing area.

* Review, comply and monitor Preventive / Corrective Maintenance format and parts for machinery and equipment.

*Development of maintenance KPI's and goals, MTBF, MTTR, Efficiency, Equipment Availability and focus on Proactive Maintenance, to reduce lost time due to failures. Redesign equipment or machines to increase the ability to obtain better gross or net OEE.

*Coordinate tool manufacturers and maintenance team to redesign tools and reduce corrective maintenance. Tooling designs, hydraulic motors, etc.

* Equipment failure diagnosis (PLC).

* Programming in HMI (FactoryTalk View Studio), Studio 5000, RS Logix 500, Equipment Automation.

* Supervision of Maintenance and Manufacturing personnel (Trust and Union) in the effort to achieve KPIs in the Manufacturing area.

* Support / Liaison with Corporate for troubleshooting of machinery and tooling issues.

*CMMS Administrator 

*Automated document design in Excel - Visual Basic to reduce capture time or collect better data.
