Entry-level IT support professional seeking a full or part-time role in Information Technology. I am a bilingual professional with more than ten years of experience in customer service. Remote position. I was responsible for setting, maintaining, and troubleshooting my work equipment.

Excellent communication and language skills were essential for this role.
