GLOBALIZATION PARTNERS CDMX (remote) 2020-2022

Manager Business Development 2021-2022

Responsible for training, alignment & development of 8 BDRs in standardized processes (SOP). Motive BDRs in order to empower their growth and challenge them toward new positions within the company.

  • 120 SQLs in two months in a row with 8 BDRs were achieved.
  • 70% increase of inbound sales by building an international team of 8 BDRs (Mexico, Colombia, Ireland and Malaysia) that could be recorded & answered consistently.

 

  • I worked with the web design team to have the company's phone number in a strategic place, thus increasing the sales of the lead source by 40%.
  • Optimized the use of 3 platforms to be able to give feedback to lead providers, thus creating an efficient pipeline with ICP & industries.

  • I held the top performer position for 6 consecutive months leading to my promotion as manager.
