I have a Bachelor of Industrial Administration from UPIICSA - IPN and a Master's degree in Administration with a focus on Human Talent Management from Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Ixtapaluca (TESI), graduating in 2024. I also hold a certification in Recruiting 3.0 from Talento 2.0. I am an Instructor certified by CONOCER and have completed courses in psychometrics and basic payroll. I speak advanced English (C1 level) and am passionate about learning new things and overcoming challenges. My motto is: "Let's stop thinking that things are difficult, it is just a matter of understanding that they require more time than others."

I have over 8 years of experience in the Human Resources field, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition. In addition to recruitment, I have been involved in key HR functions such as payroll setup, employee development, training coordination, cultural and communication initiatives, as well as onboarding and hiring processes.
