• Design, analysis, and cost evaluation related repair , manufacture and maintenance in plastic injection mold components and mechanical  systems (*Thread forming components, fixed and movable plates, displacements of holes , updates Hot runner system, demoulding of plastic product using  teeth rack and  gears systems, mechanical fluid, 3D design of electrodes to EDM process, etcetera. ) using mechanical design principles according of supplier  standards, procedures, product design and program requirements of installation
• Set-up of work order in ERP system to provide Documents and technical data generated by developing the design related  in manufacturing mechanical components and engineering changes in injection Molds. (BOM of assemblies, subassemblies, 3D design files, 2D drawings ,heat treatments supplier,  Purchase orders, raw material, procedures, visual aids, provide technical and digital information to suppliers for the manufacture of  tooling, etcetera), 
• Autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
