BOMBARDIER AEROSPACE MEXICO April 2019 – Oct 2019 PROJECT ANALYST • Coordinator of the "Slat Efficiency Increase" project: Employee training, time and movement analysis, the proper productive times were established, the appropriate personnel for each slat was determined and a trend in the assemblies was achieved, showing the time required for them, and an increase of more than 15% in efficiency was reached.. • Direct support to Production Manager and Supervisors. • Implementation of a recognition board in the major Sub-Assemblies area for the improvement and increase of production on the KPI's in general. BOMBARDIER AEROSPACE MEXICO • Implementation of a defect analysis database (SNAGS). • KPI's Analyst for decision making. • Manager of delivery area (records, maintenance, F.O.D., quality tools) • Quality inspector • Responsible for the documentation of work instructions. NIELSEN IQ August 2021 - June 2022 PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE • Coordinate, plan and follow up on the activities of the different operational areas. • Escalate incidents that may affect the achievement of the target committed to customers. Manage problem resolution. Negotiate customer commitments, improve the organizational climate between areas. Manage projects to enable new products and services.
