In my current job I carry out the following key activities:
• Ticket support for Affirmed Packet Core products and 3 party
vendors (as HPE, Juniper, Infoblox, RedHat, Infoblox, VMWare,
ENEA), providing workarounds for urgencies and outages, root
causes and working together with product engineering in order
to comply SLA, documentation, software releases, RCA and issue
solutions.
• Primary engineer from many LATAM and US customer as ALTAN,
TELCEL, Union Wireless, IVC, joining in meetings to track the
tickets, projects, customer satisfaction and work agreements.
• Internal projects as Customer access VPN, features presentation,
workshops and presentations for knowledge sharing.

• Ticket troubleshooting attention in Latin America , supporting

solutions and suggestion in order to solve and comply
customer requirements or doubts 24/7.

Carriers for Ecuador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, El
Salvador & Mexico ( Telcel & AT&T).
