Daniel Heins

My abilities and strengths are shaped through my work experience and gained knowledge. I can guarantee that I am able to fulfill all tasks successfully and I am willing to learn and educate myself in order to meet the requirements and standards for this position.

In all my previous jobs I fulfilled my tasks with a high level of professionalism and  drive. I adjust easily to new situations and I am able to work in a team as well as individually. I have a good eye for details and I am able to perform well in stressful situations.  My goal is to be able to use my abilities and competences and to have a chance to further develop myself.

I am very flexible and have worked as a material planner as well as a contract manager. In my last job I was working as a project buyer. Also I have a technical background due to my experience as an airplane mechanic.

In most jobs I needed to negociate as well as build a good relationship with my suppliers and with the internal stake holders. 

Also planning has been required in my previous jobs. I had to make sure there was sufficient products  for my stake holders and I needed to plan projects due to deadlines.

My previous jobs were a good variation and mix between team work and individual work. Also with every project I needed to adjust to the new situation and keep track of the administration.

I did a lot of analysis in my previous jobs which were to determin the performance of the suppliers as well as to make financial analysis.

I went to a university to study aviation technology. This was a bachelor's education which I didn't finish.

During my career I did several courses like Lean, License to Buy (a procurement course) and contract management. For these courses I have certificates.
