With over five years of extensive experience in various customer service roles, including sales, collections, fraud detection and handling, account management, and training, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a strong skill set to this role.
In my previous positions, I have honed my abilities to manage various customer interactions, from pitching resolutions and answering general inquiries to providing payment guidance and performing QA call monitoring. My experience also includes mentoring new trainees and facilitating training sessions, which has developed my leadership and management skills.
I possess excellent soft skills, such as a great tone of voice, patience, empathy, and the ability to control calls effectively. My passion for interacting with people and helping them achieve their goals drives my performance. I thrive in team environments and excel in time management and task prioritization, ensuring I deliver the best service possible.
My strengths are creativity and the love for facilitating material for an audience. I aim to further my expertise in the customer service industry, continue developing my soft skills, and guide others to accomplish their needs through my support.
