• Kan Ban: In charge of monitoring the pallet supply as the Kan Ban indicates in order to avoid any shortage material.

• Special orders: Constant coordination with suppliers to delivery special pallets in time due the urgency of the special orders, it includes set a PO, check costs, and coordinates the material delivery.
• New item set up: Involved in the complete process with a new part number, receiving drawing, quoting new pallet with supplier, filling related documents, get the approval for the new part number and the delivery of the material.
• Constant communication with quality department in order to coordinate any defect issue. 
• Daily invoicing.

• Main point of contact for OEM Engineering for Service Parts (Ford).
• Forecast weekly report.
• Commercial issues: following up with customer issues that are affecting plant rating as lead times, late engineering changes, service PO’s, obsolete components, etc.
• Following up and analysis on past due report part numbers with the plants in order to provide an update on weekly meeting with Customer.
• VOR cases: In charge of the coordination of the VOR cases with plant and warehouse in order to give a priority and a correctly shipping to customer.
• Tooling recovery: Working with finance team in order to collect the pending money to customer for the purchased tooling. 
•  In charge of collecting all the necessary documentation (PPAP, invoices, PO’s, vouchers) review it and upload in customer system in order to get the payment approval.
• Following up payment status with customer (Ford US & Ford MX), specially for the held payments, keep providing what customer requires to get the payment release.
