Import Parts Analyst

2016- CURRENT 

• Release, planning, follow up and confirmation of the import part material arrivals for the production of Mercedes Benz models. 
• Ensure the stock levels according to lead time (VTT) and safety stock to ensure adequate stock and avoid shortages of each part number. 
• Monitoring and escalation of critical issues with possible impact of critical suppliers or complex situations on the COMPAS side: such as quality rejections, delays in the logistics flow, discrepancies in the warehouse, capacity problems in suppliers, rework material, increase sales orders, etc. 
• Follow-up in conjunction with the logistics team for the programming and unloading of containers from the port to the container consolidation center and from consolidation center to COMPAS in order to ensure the fleet of necessary material in COMPAS.
•  Automate complex tasks related to inventory control using the Quick Macros tool, business object system, STS system. Leader and responsible in the coordination and listing of numbers from Germany and USA , arrival of material and logistics coordination of the launch of the V177 model. Follow-up to engineering changes.
