REGIONAL APP TEST MANAGER (HUAWEI)

Responsible for the HUAWEI Apps ecosystem operation in LATAM region. Overseeing testing process, ensuring quality and accuracy before the final product is released. Coordinating with Business Developers, Project Managers and other Stakeholders.

MAP PRODUCT MANAGER (HUAWEI)

Achieve the vision and strategy for Petal Maps in Mexico, based on what the market and users need and what the business aims to achieve. Creating a features and improvements roadmap and working with multicultural stakeholders including Head Quarters on China to ensure that we are all on the same path about Petal Maps in Mexico should do, how it should work, and how it should fit with the Global vision and roadmap.

PARTNER DEVELOPER MANAGER (TOMTOM)

Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with organizations that can benefit the TomTom business. My focus was on Mexico, but I was working all of North America. Some of my functions used to be:

• Maintaining close communication with key government decision-makers.
• Reactivating relations with public and private institutions in Mexico
• Updating all NDAs for Mexico.
• Updating the “TomTom North America Product Attributions Sheet”

BUSINESS DEVELOPER AND CONTENT ACQUISITION (HERE Technologies)

As a business developer and content acquisition at HERE MAPS, I was responsible for the following activities:

• Generated long-term relationships with information providers and developed business opportunities establishing synergies with internal (Production, Sales, Product Manager, legal) and external (Governments, Companies, Universities) entities.
• Became a specialist in Mexico’s Transparency Law, which regulates the access to public information and the protection of personal data.
• Increased the agreements with Mexican Universities, and the number of users and updates to the HERE map (crowdsourcing project) 
• Developed relations with public and private institutions in America
• Promoted and actively participated in forums, congresses and meetings 
• Generate new business cases based on the market analysis and customer feedback.

GEOGRAPHIC ANALYST ll "Communities & Sources" (HERE Technologies)

As a geographic analyst II (communities and sources) at HERE MAPS, I was responsible for the following activities:

• I developed crowdsourcing communities with universities and schools,  
• Obtained, reviewed and standardized information sources from various providers and cataloged them in a CRM repository for future use.
• Created a methodology to increase the participation of the institutions that joined the crowdsourcing project for Mexico. 
• I created a crowdsourcing agreement with the UAEMex Geography School, which was one of the most successful collaborations in LATAM
