* Analyzed and responded to different types of customer and user feedback (map feedback, map jobs and map edits), maintaining response times of less than 24 hours for the most important ones, and 72 hours for the least important ones.

* I implemented 24,000 editions on the map during the "Mapatón" project in 2016. 3-month project, where the average number of users was 1,000 editions.
