Eduardo Antonio Dávalos Camarena

Eduardo is passionate for the innovation and helping people to grow. In his experience, he has the opportunity to teach Python to many people. He worked for different kind of companies and he understands that he doesn't be to be the most important person in the company, he needs to help their reportes to success in order to make the company achieve its goals. Also, he knows that he needs to be the person that makes his tech team to fully understand the needs and the impact of their jobs.

Eduardo worked since 2007 with Python in research projects and since 2009 using it in web development and scripting solutions. After many years he used technologies such as Django, Javascript, Shell scripting, Git, Bootstrap, Docker and AWS. Eduardo started as web developer jr, then sr., developer lead and then he moved as an IT specialist in Cloud and Object component of one of the most important IBM storage solutions, and focal point of developers in the IBM Guadalajara innovation initiative. He trained multiple teams to become Python experts (over 60 people) inside and outside Mexico. After, Eduardo moved as Technical Manager in Apex Systems helping people in their careers, and then he moved as Engineering Manager to GoExpedi, in which he helped to grow the team, design architectures, and performed the creation of microservices from scratch, he also worked on the definition of processes like hiring, squads teams, and HR process. After GoExpedi, Eduardo worked as Technical Manager in Nu Mexico, helping people to grow, defining career paths, team building, and as a bridge between the product and the technical team. Now, Eduardo is working as a Head of Engineer in the Credit team in Stori, in charge of 4 squads, career growth, and supporting product leads and tech team.
