• New container and general cargo Tuxpan Terminal (project management): Leading the team in order to get government approval for construction of Tuxpan Terminal (Veracruz), lobbying with institutions and governmental entities, able to get modifications on environmental regulations and acceptance of permits with Federal and State governmental entities to start construction. Coordinate with various contractors and companies through the different project stages with a budget of $400 M USD and an Engineering budget up to $200 M USD.
• Increased operations productivity in all Mexico terminals up to 20% in Mexico (Manzanillo, Lazaro Cardenas, Cozumel, Progreso, Veracruz and Acapulco) by leading the engineering team and implementing the facilities, equipment and processes and managing an annual budget of up to $14 M USD.
