In my past roles in companies such as  ESON Multiwin as Quality Engineer / IQC Engineer, and JVC Industrial of México as Sr. Process Engineer just to mention some of them I have gained extensive experience in the field of Quality and Process engineering, including process improvement, root cause analysis, and statistical analysis. My experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems has allowed me to develop a keen understanding of how to identify and address process issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Validation of new processes, equipment, and first article APQP.  Participate in internal/external audits IATF 16949, ISO 9001 & 14001.  Lead complaint investigations, and failure analysis of returned products 8Ds methodology.  Participate in meetings to review existing quality assurance systems and implement procedural revisions when deemed necessary.  Participate in the review and update of PFMEAs and Control Plan.  Communicate with different customers FUNAI, FOXCONN, HISENSE  Supervised about 40 employees in 3 shifts such as QC Engineers, Metrologists, and QC Inspectors for measuring and testing products and registering data concerning materials, product or process quality, and reliability.  Prepare training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.  Keep within target KPIs reports on the status.  Evaluate and audit providers, work aside them with sorting material, contention actions, corrective and preventive actions follow up.  Review PPAP documentation sent by provider feedback if necessary for any clarification or modification.
