Running of a fine hotel depends on the many departments working together toward the same goals, which are guest satisfaction and the financial success of the organization. I can bring my talents to bear to achieve those goals.

I meet regularly with department managers to ensure all efforts are directed at success. In cases of conflict resolution, I make sure all sides are listened to and that the resolution serves to enhance the operation of the hotel, the satisfaction of employees and always, the satisfaction of our guests in a hotel.

I understand the training of all staff is critical to supporting the policies and procedures of the organization and have proposed employee orientation workshops. In a service industry like hospitality, if the focus is on guest satisfaction, they’ll come back and the hotel’s reputation will grow.
