Acerca de Erik Perez:
Soy una persona honesta y responsable, poseo amplio conocimiento en moldeo por inyección de plásticos con 20 años de experiencia, maestría en ciencia y tecnología de polímeros, green belt, he participado activamente con proyectos kaizen e implementado SMED en varias plantas donde he trabajado.
En LG, Pemsa, Varroc e IAC; He sido responsable de la puesta en marcha de productos nuevos, revisión y evaluación de moldes para liberación con tool maker, realicé evaluaciones de maquinas realizando estudios de linealidad, pruebas dinámicas de válvula check, etc. He colaborado en la revisión de diseño de moldes; transferí cerca de 52 moldes en Pemsa, 34 en IAC y 42 en Datamars.
He sido responsable del departamento de procesos y lidereado a técnicos de proceso, montadores y materialistas, administrado desde 9 hasta 46 IMM, he capacitado al personal técnico e impartido cursos de moldeo científico, introducción a moldeo y polímeros.
Implemente STMP (Short Term Molding Plan) en IAC; lo anterior es una herramienta que te permite visualizar tus áreas de oportunidad en el área de moldeo y poder tomar acciones pertinentes con antelación y mejorar de forma continua.
Audite de acuerdo a CQI-23 las plantas IAC Hermosillo, IAC Toluca y realice ejercicios de auditoria en CLC y Marelli Ramos Arizpe; además de auditorias de LPA y 5’s.
Participe de forma activa en la contestación de 8D’s mediante la caminata del proceso, revisión de AMEF e instrucciones de trabajo y retrabajo.
