I am a Tenacious Professional and  Enterprise Agile Coach, Trainer, Program Manager and Project Manager/Scrum Master with   with 15+ years track record of innovation and genuine passion for helping organizations to understand and realize the business value of Lean and Agile Principles and Practices.  

My coaching approach involves applying compassion,  flexibility, and creativity to navigate some of the most difficult transformation situations and motivate people into doing extraordinary things.

I holds several certifications including but not limited to  SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) ),  IC Agile Coach, SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE),  SAFe Scrum Master and CompTIA Project Manager among others.

I am very passionate about all the roles I've had had the chance to play during my working experience, and I do live for the new Challenges, always striving to learn and inspire others.

Key Accomplishments / Highlights from my professional career: 
- Awarded Quaterly Outsanding Service Awarad FY2020 Q3 at Oracle

- Developed a process to register trainees to SAFe upcoming trainings at Oracle

- Launched  and lead the Scrum Master Community of Practice on November 2020 in Oracle.

- Created a process that leverage the learning curve for new entries in the BI department in HP.

My colleagues knows my  as creative and a person who can be trusted to come up with a new approaches. When I am not working I can be found  listening to music, spending time with family and friends  and knocking items off of her bucket list.
