      Responsible to implement and coordinate all activities for the new projects. Develop and implement optimal cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and Quality standards. Coordinates manufacturing launch for new o revised products

  • Make a transition plan to follow up all main steps of the project
  • Develop a trial runs plan to coordinate the work orders with planning and materials departments
  • Develop a Machinery approve and implementation plan to follow up the steps from IR approve, Contract, PO, Fabrication, Debug at supplier site, Installation, Debug/Validation at plant site, approval by all departments, release to mass production.

    General Production Supervisor, TE Connectivity Hermosillo, Mx.                 06/2019 – 12/2019

      Responsible for move the operations from Juarez to Hermosillo in Filters (5 production lines) & Dimming Receptacle (2 production lines) areas.

  • Elaborate and Execution a Training plan for the production people / 62 DL’s, production supervisors / 4 people & engineers / 4 people.
  • Prepare all documentation & tools to move the production lines to Hermosillo site (Specifications, PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, gauges, fixtures, etc…).
  • Responsible to work with the Hermosillo team in order to install and start the seven production lines in Hermosillo site.
  • Develop the pilot runs and safe launch production.
  • Build the engineering samples for safety agencies (UL, VDE & CSA) and Product Engineer.
  • Follow up to the key process parameters as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Efficiency and 5´s +1.
  • Work with the planning department to estimate the scheduled and load hours.
  • Lead the PIM 1 and PIM 2 meetings daily
  • Follow up to develop effective work habits, efficiency and work team.

    Lean Manufacturing coordinator, TE Connectivity Juarez                              10/2017– 05/2019

       Responsible for implementing and coordinating the lean tools in the operation obtaining savings for up to $200K in efficiency, output and scrap through the Kaizen and Kaizen blitz events.
