Fernanda Santibáñez García

I have over 10 years of experience as Chief of Staff in a variety of sectors, including government, non-profit organizations and the private sector, and 15 years of professional experience. I have worked in diverse working sectors, such as, Environmental, Policy, Education, Microfinances, Tech, Construction, and Sustainability creating and fundraising for such before becoming a Chief of Staff.

I have a great experience in managing projects abroad, with teams in different time zones, backgrounds, cultures and nationalities. As, an example as a ,Chief of Staff at the Boulder Institute of Microfinance, where I was responsible for overseeing four global offices,in Europe, Africa,South America, and the United States and had the privilege to work alongside with great minded people from FAO, World Bank, CGAP, IFC, etc.

Having worked as an advisor and right hand to CEOs, State Governors, Presidents and Founders within the different companies/ government / NGOs that I have worked for; it has given me the experience to get involved with projects from the brainstorming stage to implementation; meaning getting to work hand to hand with diversity of levels of experience in the fields to complete the goals established and creating a vision into a reality.

At the beginning of my career, I worked in the United States for 4 years coordinating political campaigns directed at the Hispaniccommunity and promoting environmental and sustainable projects. In Washington DC, I was a Fellow (Chief of Staff) to be a pioneer in the implementation of technology in elementary education in Mexico.
