I have a strong background in data analysis and experience in technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JScript and LUA. I am adept at translating research objectives into dynamic and easy-to-use survey instruments, and specialize in developing surveys that provide actionable insights.

With more than eight years, I have worked in several companies in the Market Research sector, such as SERMO, PSL Group and M3 Global Research, as a Survey Programmer and Vendor Manager, leading the creation and deployment of customized survey instruments to meet the specific needs and objectives of clients. I used software such as Forsta to program, test and launch surveys on a variety of platforms and devices, conducting rigorous quality checks to ensure optimal performance. In addition, I integrated surveys with third-party tools and effectively managed programming resources for new projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. During my time at ThinkNow, I continued my journey as a Senior Programmer, using Alchemer to create surveys and developing custom scripts with JavaScript and LUA to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data collected.

In my role, I not only provided technical expertise in survey programming, but also acted as a facilitator in communication between internal and external teams, demonstrating strong coordination and leadership skills. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems and Technologies at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla, located in Puebla, Mexico. During my time at the university, I acquired a solid foundation in key areas such as programming, system design and project management. This academic background provided me with the knowledge and skills necessary to face the challenges in the field of information technology and develop professionally as a software engineer.
