2. Glass container return planning. (Reverse logistics).
3. Last mile management - Planning of trains to supply the northern zone of Mexico (Chihuahua and Baja California). Collaboration of Ferromex and Grupo Mexico.
4. Weight per chipment (WPS): Verification of the weight of the loaded units with finished product to not to incur federal laws and taxes (Full and simple trucks).
5. Unit adjustments with finished product available in the event that production does not cover the scheduled plan.
6. Maintain the inventory policies of the 245 agencies nationwide after sourcing planning against demand.
7. MRP- Planning of materials in migration or innovation.
