 eCommerce Projects

 • 4 Product Owners in my charge. 

• Lead several digital projects simultaneously as an interface between Marketing, IT, UX and other departments in order to maximize business value. (Internal and external multinationals and crossfunctional Scrum teams). 

• Optimization of the annual budget (Capex and Opex).

• Development, implementation and launching of new functionalities. 

Agile Projects Coodinator (2020 – 2022) AT&T México

National and Multinational Scrum Teams from 4 to 35 people. 

BlackHawk • Discovery, Analysis, Development and Implementation of Gift Card sales in 27,000 points of sale nationwide, Brand presence and sales increase. 

WebBo Migration • Migration of an external Call Center Sales App (Web Back Office) from Kio servers of the provider Tech Mahindra to AWS cloud, UAT and PVT environments, reducing maintenance costs and ensuring the protection of customer information.

Landing Pages • Domains purchase to create landing pages where to offer the company's campaigns and generate digital leads through click to call and increase the sales of the of the External Call Center channel (working together with the SEO area). 

Waiting Queue • Analysis and Implementation of the Queue System in the 465 company-owned stores nationwide, improving CX and complying with ESR regulatory standards, improved in-store better monitoring activities and processes.

Mom&Pop Shops • Project between AT&T, Tech Mahindra and different ditributors of Modeloramas (Grupo Modelo stores) at national level (first phase launched as POC- Proof of Concept). Development of mobile and web App Modeloramas stores throughout Mexico.

Note:

• In each project I have worked on the backlog, sprint plannings, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives to ensure that the objectives were met and positive results presented to the  Stakeholders.
• I have been working on the end to end of each point  of the projects, following  up with all  the areas involved and suppliers, negotiating and solving different obstacles to achieve the success of the deliverables within the established dates.
