Responsibilities:
1. Responsible of creation of Technical Specifications for New Equipment /
Production Line purchase and introduction according to project / customer
requirements, following the company standards.
2. Responsible in the development and evaluation of technology providers as well
as supplier managing manufacturing equipment launching to the different Focus
Factory in the company locations with BuyOff attendance @supplier location to
validate SPEC vs Equipment.
3. Managing Work Team Engineers in order to develop and launch satisfactorily
new production lines until Line release & PVB.
4. Overall Milestone plan preparation to achieve New Production Equipment / Line
introduction and release, providing support and monitors the key indicators of the
projects in charge, Supplier Tracking and Equipment Status Monitoring out and
in.
5. Strategies for the Yearly Investment Budgetary, forecast, PO, AP process & Asset
Capitalization.
6. Re-use equipment management to avoid some invest and equipment disposal. We
look for intercompany arrangements to transfer equipment we will use or a
complete line from one plant to another.

Responsibilities:
1. Following up main timeline of projects based on customer milestones.
2. Purchasing management for Industrialization.
3. Layout of the plan considering Main equipment, Miscellaneous, Facilities,
cleanness room, ergonomic, space optimization, handling material.

4. Participate on the PFCH, PFMEA, CP and Floor record documents.
5. Equipment Buy Off managing with Run Offs @vendor building and our plant.

Responsibilities:
1. Following customer timeline and make/modify internal timeline defining each
phase for a new business or some engineering change.
2. Coordinate each activity of the timeline through CFT meetings.
3. Attending to Customers (Daimler, VolksWagen and GM) for revisions of the
project status.
4. Monitoring the APQP phases for its completion.
5. Component/Tooling/Equipment drawings review and approval.
6. Customer drawing revision and characteristic specials detection as well.

1. Supervision and following up for planning process in all phases of a new project /
engineering changes.
2. Elaboration of PPAP documentation based on the customer requirements
