I am Procurement Manager, with more than 20 years of professional experience in National and International Purchases (productive and non-productive material) and Logistics, Internal and External Audit. Working in companies from Germany, France, Austria, Japan and China. Leading teams of up to 10 people. Experience in EBP and SAP.  I really enjoy challenges and making things happen.

I achieved a cost reduction in sourcing of 7% annually and savings of 20% (cost avoidance), exceeding the established goals of 5% and 12% respectively. Improving the spend strategy. 

I increased payment terms to 30 days for 70% of suppliers and to 45 days or more for the remaining 20%, thus improving the relationship with suppliers and optimizing cash flow. 

I Generated average annual savings in sourcing of 500,000 euros, through the implementation of negotiation strategies and search for more efficient spend opportunities. 

I managed to obtain the AEO Certification (Authorized Economic Operator), evidencing our compliance and commitment to sourcing security standards in the supply chain. 

I directly led all the activities necessary to successfully carry out this certification, ensuring compliance with the requirements and the effective implementation of the best security practices. 

I contributed to obtaining the ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and 45001 (Safety and Health at Work Management) certifications, strengthening corporate responsibility and compliance with international regulations and requirements. 

I structured the Purchasing area, being recognized for the successful management of changes in purchasing processes and the improvement of operational efficiency. 

I was  key user in the implementation and training of the EBP system (interface with SAP), ensuring a successful transition and the correct use of the platform by all collaborators. 

I implemented policies and procedures for the Purchasing area, spend, standardizing operations and ensuring transparency requirements and efficiency in the sourcing processes. 

I successfully coordinated annual conventions at the national and cluster level requirements, complying with the established budget and requirements, generating a space for exchange and learning for the participants.
