1. Responsible for Quality organization objectives, working with 5 divisions and 4 Quality managers to cascade KPI’s and defining strategies to drive down Customer Complaints, cost of poor Quality and improving process performance,

TE Connectivity Regional Mexico Quality System Manager (April 2014 to February 2016)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible certify a new site in Hermosillo Sonora, MX, with more than 1500 employees, under the ISO TS 16949 standard, 
2. Implementation and certification of all Policies and Procedures and Metrics under same Global Quality System aligned with TE Connectivity Policies.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible of Quality Assurance and Quality Management System for 5 campus buildings 4,200 Employees, managing five Quality Manager and responsible for incoming inspection, metrology lab, SPC, ISO TS 16949 and Quality assurance.

Achievements:

Reduction in 50% of Customer complaints and PPMs’, reduction of process inspections in 30%, GM QSB implementation, deployment of DMAIC process, Six Sigma black belt working with green Belt and Black Belts with savings above of $200k annually and Quality System transition from QS 9000 to ISO TS16949.

Thomas & Betts Automotive Division Metrology and Statistician Eng. (May 1999 to August 2002)

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and performing 100% Annual lay out for all Chrysler, Ford and GM Products, BOSCH, BMW, in house calibration, performance of cross section and micro analysis on crimps, establishing acceptance criteria based in customer specs and TE standards.
