• Lead creative development and day-to-day production of a non-scripted podcast in collaboration with Paramount Studios.
• Researched, produced, and presented extensive outlines for podcast episodes to clients on a weekly basis.

Development Coordinator, Treefort Media  | December 2021  - December 2022

• Contributed to, assembled, and delivered creative notes and feedback from Treefort's development team to writers, producers, project managers, and talent on scripted, non-scripted, and documentary podcasts. 
• Wrote and edited pitch deck and episodic outline copy for internal and external deliverables / presentations.
• Worked in collaboration with writers on Treefort's scripted audio dramas from the creative development stage throughout the script process (most notably, Moriarty Season 1 and Killing Hollywood: The Cotton Club Murders, scripted podcasts produced by Treefort for Audible). 
• Contributed to the development of non-scripted and documentary podcasts (Killer Psyche, a weekly-true crime series produced by Treefort for Wondery, and Collapse: Disaster in Surfside, a 12-part investigative documentary series in collaboration with The Miami Herald). 

Production Coordinator, Treefort Media | December 2020  - December 2021

• Managed all logistical aspects of scripted, non-scripted, and documentary podcast production.  
• Coordinated scheduling with recording studios, producers, directors, and talent for rehearsals, table reads, and recordings. 
• Managed both pre and post-production schedules internally, keeping all production crew on-track with deliverables and target dates. 
• Acted as the intermediary between Treefort and talent managers / agents.

• Created and copy-edited transcripts for all podcast episodes.
• Lead management, organization, and tracking of audio files, scene lists, episodic outlines, scripts, and external deliverables for Treefort's production team.

Executive Assistant, Treefort Media | February 2020  - July 2020

• Served as Executive Assistant to Treefort's CEO / Founder, Treefort's Head of Content, and Treefort's Head of Business Affairs. 
• Managed their personal calendars in addition to all calendars across Treefort's development, production, and audio teams.
• Handled scheduling for all internal and external meetings.
• Maintained office organization and managed record-keeping of all personal releases and signed agreements, both internally and externally.
• Managed internal record-keeping / tracking of all creative materials within Treefort's internal systems (Google Drive, Descript, and Pro Tools). 

Production Assistant, All American Season 2  | December 2019  - February 2020

• Assisted on-stage at Warner Bros. Studios and various locations throughout Los Angeles.
• Managed background department and extras holding, often overlooking as many as 200 people.
• Helped ensure daily shoots ran smoothly, assisted in communication between base-camp production crew and those on-location, and completed various production related tasks on and off set.

• Worked alongside producers and production assistants leading up to and during daily tapings. 
• Responsible for clerical tasks such as fielding production office calls, greeting in-studio audience members, and off-lot assignments and errands. 
• Handled audience relations and audience seating charts for daily tapings.

• Assisted in the design of lesson plans, writing prompts, and reading comprehension exercises to help elementary level students improve their writing skills.

• Coordinated events for anti-bullying programs aimed at helping elementary-level teachers prevent and manage bullying in their classrooms.
