Hilda Gonzalez

I am pleased to introduce myself through this means and at the same time tell you a little bit about me.

I have loved languages all my life and knew since a young age , languages were going to be part of my life . I  was able to work hard  for a year at a photo lab after finishing high school to take myself to France and learn a third language. 

After living there for two and a half years I came back to my home country and got  an English Teacher‘s certificate at a local institution.

I worked as a teacher both for English and French at private schools in my city and then had the opportunity to work for the hospitality business which led me  to open up my own family run hostel for several years after I became a mom.

I have since worked for several companies as a PR ,  sales executive  and also coordinating events .  As I needed to take care of my daughter , I was lucky to find a home-office based job as an interpreter ( from basic customer services to becoming a medical interpreter )  and have been working as such for almost eight years now. 

Now,  I would love to learn new abilities within the scope of languages , confronting new challenges using the experience I have gained up until now .

My most recent job experience has been as an English/Spanish interpreter for almost 8 years to date.
