AVON COSMETICS MANUFACTURING. ( 2005 – 2016 ) 

Materials Supply Captain. (Main achievements:)  

 Purchase and manage of 650MM CTs. (USD $35MM annually) improving the production programs from 72% to 98%.  Successfully implemented Agility Project (Yielding USD$7MM in inventory reduction). Materials Requirement Planner (MRP).  Reduced 80% on air and land freight costs through implementing supply strategies with suppliers.  Risk assessment of key suppliers, inventory and service aimed at the developing of new and current products. 

GENERAL ELECTRIC (Mabe Refrigerators Subsidiary) ( 2004 – 2005) Production Control Coordinator. (Main achievements:)  

 Production Control and Programming System standardizing and implementing in critical areas.  99% elimination of time-out due to lack of materials at the assembly lines. Warehouses Coordinator.  Standardization and optimization of the storage and unloading process.  The “5 S” Methodology implementation on the raw material warehouses. 

UNIKO DESC-AUTOMOTIVE Pistones Moresa, S. A. de C.V. (Tier One Supplier). ( 2001 – 2004 ) Supply and Raw Material Warehouse Chief Main achievements: 

 Standardized and optimized the requirement explosion process as well as the raw material purchasing plan.  Time-out reduction up to a 99% due to lack of materials, purchasing and inventory control. Production Control Coordinator.  Production Control and Programming System implementation for the bolt manufacturing plant.  OFR accomplishment level of 99 % for these customers: FORD, NISSAN, Volkswagen, Chrysler, G.M, etc. 

GRUPO MASECA (Molinera de México, S. A. de C.V.) ( 1998 – 2000 ) Logistics and Distribution Head. (Main achievements:)

 OTD (direct deliveries to the costumer) KPI improved from 80% to 95%.  Implemented 100% of the Production Planning and Programming process through the SAP system.
