• I led the Planning and warehouse strategy for 11 lines in Mexico, for distribution to 11 distribution centers in the USA and India
• I implanted Layout and Lean process improvements (+45% capacity), equipment development, and a PDMS for warehouse and planning
• I achieved to get Zero logistics downtime with OTIF >98%; SAP-APO integration with actual demand and zero critical audit findings.

2015 – 2016 Univex S.A – Procurement MRO & Service Management
• I led 40% inventory reduction; annual savings of 1.5M MXN with strategic negotiation and contract optimization.
• I led Indirect purchasing management and traceability under GMP std compliance

• I led Successful planning for 20 global distribution centers, reducing lead times with VSM (30-10 days)
• I led Inventory optimization by 56% ($1.00M USD) maximums & minimums accurate with successfully leadership in cross functional teams in planning process transition from plant located at México to Planning Service Center at Costa Rica.
