Leader in the development and implementation of the OMNICHANNEL communication strategy for the group’s brands. Responsible for investment and negotiation with digital and traditional media to obtain spaces with competitive rates, optimizing the company’s annual budget. Competition analysis, metrics and data for the development and execution of action plans aimed at achieving objectives. Management of the media agency and cross functional leadership with business areas such as Ecommerce, Brand and 
Sales.

Contributions:
• Optimized the annual budget achieving reduction in rates below inflation.
• I implemented a loyalty plan with the media obtaining an additional bonus between 5% and 10% on the monthly invoiced amount.
• I developed the Marketing Mix Modeling together with Nielsen to obtain trends and indicators within the retail segment for the planning of the 2023 annual budget.
• I have kept the group’s brands in the top 5 of “Share of Voice”, achieving a positive impact on brand indicators such as Brand Association and “Brand Recall”
