At this moment, I have more than 10 years of working as a Business Analyst, taking key URS to solve the company's needs (User Histories), after that I make a URD document with complex times and send it for approval. When the project is accepted, I must prioritize the UHs and then analyze the URS to define a project structure to make diagrams, user cases, mockups, describe tables and specs, methods, business rules, and reference values to send all this documentation to the developers and at the same time make the test cases to test the software. Once the software is done I lead the tests with the client (UAT) and with the customer (Pre-GoLive), as well as the user training (Post-Golive).
