Main achievements and projects implemented:
- 60% reduction in 2/10 most consumed products to prepare unit for bedliner application (craft paper & tapes) through the design of the plastic fixture.
- 12% OEE increase in Bedliner application lines through efficiency impact, maintenance downtime and poor quality, making A3 for each issue critical.
- Development of base data for control of torque tools of the different lines and spare tools in the warehouse.
- Integration of audits by layers on the floor to ensure the correct operation Instruction, set parameters and control plan for each activity.
- Update the training system for operational personnel in the different levels of the certification process.

Responsible for: Lead the production team ensuring the product is produced according with the specifications of customers, developing preventive maintenance Casting - CNC equipment, ensure packaging and shipping orders per day, validation strategy QMS & TS 16949, training of personnel in critical operations, 250 operative people.
Main achievements and projects implemented:
- 25% increase in compliance with production programs with a continuous flow between Casting and CNC machining, assigning a specific plan for each production area and equipment.
- 10% increase in OEE in Die Casting equipment through the development top 3 affecting downtime due to molds and machine maintenance, generating a list of preventive activities.
- 40% reduction in mold assembly time in Die casting equipment through the development of the SMED system and preventive maintenance of molds.
- Integration and control of plant documentation (Operation Instruction, control plan), standardization of work parameters in CNC machining equipment and control of critical characteristics.
- Development of new machining projects with an Engineering team for the development of work tool suppliers.

Responsible for: Compliance with production schedules in quality and safe specifications, control & monitoring of raw materials to produce, safety - 5’s & improve walk-throughs, development system of preventive maintenance for molds and tooling, LPA’s audits & standard operation. 600 operative people.
Main achievements and projects implemented:
- 5% reduction of scrap in building area through quality circles with the multidisciplinary team, A3 root cause analysis and execution of action plan for Top 3.
- 8% increase in OEE in the Tire Manufacturing area through identification and analysis of top 3 in downtime, validation of standardized operation, improving communication with internal suppliers to ensure material priorities of production program.
- 20% reduction of material WIP by developing a project to supply materials to workstations and deliver necessary materials to machine and indicate material consumption flow at the station. Identification of material lines and consumption rules.
- More than 100 consecutive days without a safety incident reported in the area, through 5-minute safety talks at the beginning and end of shift, safety tours with audits to workstations, tugger, supply routes, and sharing monthly results to the entire operational team.

Responsible for: Lead the multidisciplinary team ensuring the production plan according to safe and specifications of GM, Follow-up KPIs & fast response of issues out of target, control & reduction of materials in the warehouse, wip and finish good, development tour of safety and 5's, following implementation of process improvements, development new products in welding, CNC machining, and assy areas. 150 operative people.
Main achievements and projects implemented:
- 20% OEE increase in power shaft assembly process under workstation balancing and standardization of welding process and analysis of top 3 in downtime, ftq.
- 15% scrap reduction in assembly process and A3 root cause analysis, quality circles, personnel certification and process audits.
- 50% improvement in mold change time through SMED system in welding equipment, machining through color identification for each part number, change of electrical connectors and definition of tasks for each operator.
- 50% reduction of WIP through development of Kanban system between processes (machining - assembly).
- 40% reduction of raw material through standardization of supply routes to assembly stations, material control through IPF system & FIFO achieving 90% reliability between Oracle and physical system.
- 30% reduction of finished material in the warehouse through Heinjunka system vs customers.
