Responsible for the management of purchase order records in the MRP system, including updated dock dates, 
increasing/reducing line qty. 
Analyzing and request PPV and Expedite Freight approval to assure the procurement of goods. 
Providing regular input regarding production plan and potential material shortage. 
Closely monitoring material receipts and identified critical double counting error in process. 
Performing analysis of material specs to search for alternatives when suppliers decommit orders. 
Providing support for import of material, avoiding delays and storage costs.
