Complete reworking from the ground up and administration of the
SA branch’s ERP system. Once this was completed I became the
primary support provider

hiring the required skilled technicians for each assignment,
coordinating and remotely supporting installs and follow-ups

Creating and tailoring tickets for each client, vetting and hiring
skilled technicians, sourcing of local IT vendors, resouce allocation
and management via Salesforce
