During product development process, identify limitations of the proposed design and suggest improvements to meet Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and inspection guidelines to successfully launch new products.  Work with respective Manufacturing Integration Engineers to ensure successful transfer of all tooling processes and equipment to NPI and manufacturing plants.
