Track business performance with the commercial and operating area, to provide variance analysis with comments to explain actual and forecasted performance.

Responsible for new projects valuation and M&A due diligence, focused on maximizing business profitability. Develop and implement interactive dashboards and monthly forecast reports for KPI´s tracking to provide input and facilitate decisions making to Senior Management. Monthly variation analysis vs plan, including business drivers and insights, corrective actions and recommendations for executive decisions making. Ensure that the financial plan and forecasting were aligned with the company´s strategy.

Bachelor´s degree in Finance (EBC, Escuela Bancaria y Comercial)

Diploma in Corporate Finance (ITESM, Tecnológico de Monterrey)

Certificate Investor & Broker (CANACO)
