Balance Transfer Application: "Balance Transfer" for Credit Cards is a Mobile web application; with this
application the user could transfer his debt from any bank to his credit cards. This application provides
functionality to any mobile device increasing the transaction and providing a better experience to customers.
Responsibilities: Bank Hub lead and POC, Reporting Manager and Development task; our team has calls for
scrum daily meetings with on site. I have to manage the resources and tracking the development tasks; for
development task we have work on stories using Scrum methodology in order to add new functionality.
Balance Transfer use JAX-RPC and JAX-WS Web Services, Websphere 7.0, calling EJB, Wicket 6.6 framework
and Spring Webflow. Credit Cards team is using Scrum methodology.
Apply LOS Application (Jun 2011 – Jan 2012):
"Apply" Loan Origination System (LOS) it’s a web application for home mortgage, with this application the
user could apply for a loan to buy a home on line and get a response based on the information provided. This
application provides functionality to other internal applications like Impact and Unifi by web services. The
database layer was created using Hibernate framework using Oracle as DBMS.
Responsibilities: Team lead and POC, Reporting Manager and Development task; our team has calls for
scrum daily meetings with on site and off shore team. I have to manage the resources and tracking the
development tasks and provide an EOD daily status report; for development task we have to modify model
projects and regenerate Web Service operation for Websphere 6.0 using JAX RPC and EJB for operation code
implementation. “Apply” LOS team is using Scrum methodology in the software development process.
HRCandidates Application (Feb 2011 – Jun 2011):
"HRCandidates" uses J2EE technology, JBoss Application Server, MySql as DBMS, Hibernate, Spring, Wicket,
Junit. HRCandidates is a system to register new candidate for HCL, schedule appointments, tracking
interviews, rating the candidate, accept or reject him.
Responsibilities: Software lead, Analysis requirements and Development task; As a Lead I manage the
development team for this project, assigning and tracking development tasks; I'm working with hibernate
and struts mainly. We decide the technologies to use for this project based on the requirements and
projection of the application.
Tata Consultancy Services (Verizon Business) (August, 2008 – Feb 2011)

ETMS Application: Enterprise Trouble Management System (ETMS) it’s a client java solution that helps the
user to monitor the flow of the internal tickets. This application provides functionality to other internal
applications by web services and JMS. The database layer was created using Hibernate framework, and use
JMS technologies to notify some events. All the functions are validated using JUnit like testing framework.
It’s stored in a CVS repository and managed the defects by Mercury Quality Center.
Responsibilities: Team lead, Analysis requirements, Development task, testing, maintaining graphical user
interface and Java based server components; The development team has call meetings with the business
analysts, testers and users to analyze and define the requirements, I have to manage the resources and
tracking the development cycle tasks and estimate requirements; for development task I was focused on the
business layer. Analysis and documentation of internal projects for Verizon Business; collaboration with other
team members through full life cycle development process. ETMS team was using Scrum methodology in the

CAPA Application: “Corrective Action and Preventive Action” Application (CAPA) it’s a control system for
customer complains about any product manufactured by Flextronics, once the customer found an issue with
his device, he reports it to the store and give back for warranty, the store create the report with the
symptoms and device information into CAPA and sent back to manufacture site designed for that purpose,
when It arrives to Flextronics the technician should verifies the root cause of the problem and determine who
will pay for it (Flextronics, Manufacture customer or Vendors).
Responsibilities: Project Lead, analysis requirements and development task. I led the development of CAPA
team, management the developer tasks, keeping tracking, estimate requirements; for development task I
was focused on the business and presentation layer. Development team has call meetings with business analysts and users to analyze, define, estimate and prioritize requirements. CAPA team was using Extreme
Programming methodology in the software development process.
PTS Application: “Process Traceability System” (PTS) it’s a control system for chemicals used for
Flextronics into manufacture process. There are customer that should follow the RoHS Directive, that
customer specify the chemicals allowed to use into his products, the operator should scan the chemicals
before uses it, and PTS restrict or allow him to use it based on the customer constraints, additional to the
constraints PTS should validate the chemical’s expiration date Participate on the development of “Process
Traceability System” (PTS), as Java developer, using J2EE technology, JBOSS, MS SQL Server. PTS control
chemicals used into manufactured process, expiration, tracking.

miCRM: Compiere is a CRM ERP system is the leading open source ERP solution for Distribution, Retail,
Manufacturing and Service industries. Compiere automates accounting, supply chain, inventory and sales
orders. Compiere ERP is distributed under GPL V2, Compiere use Oracle database, we port the Oracle
dependency to MaxDB database and create a new Compiere called miCRM. All Oracle dependency was
remove from Compiere and replaced by MaxDB support. Also, some new features were added, for example,
cash box functionality.
Responsibilities: Development task was focused on understand the Compiere architecture, identify and
provide the changes required to remove de Oracle dependency and provide a MaxDB support. For
development task I was focused on the business and DB layer working with the DBA who was in charge to
database migration. We use Swing, JDBC, RMI, Oracle and MaxDB technologies to work in the process to
port it and create new functionality

+Ventas: +Ventas is a Customer Relationship Management system that helps to manage, analyze, control
sales, sales persons, customers, and email marketing campaigns, price lists, agenda and products. +Ventas
provide different charts that give you a big picture of your sales persons, showing you the sales and pending
sales, number of customers, camping statistics; It provide automatic email marketing.
Responsibilities: Design the architecture, Analysis requirements, Development task. For development task I
was focused on the business and presentation layer using Servlets, JSP and JavaScript. I created several
processes for the application like email process batch, charts and chat support, design the agenda and create
the reminders based on Linux Cron job schedule
