I have been in the manufacturing environment since 1997 with lots of experience in the plastic injection molding (10 years) process. I have been in the Quality are since 2006 having positions such as Regional and Senior Manager as a Quality Director with multifacility experience. I have experience in the automotive and aerospace industry.

I was a Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt for around 5 years. Strong problem solving and Lean knowledge.

I like to develop my team and coach them. Always looking to promote internal talent.

Currently I am a Senior Quality Manager for the aerospace industry. I have 26+ years of experience in the manufacturing environment and 17 of these 26 years in the quality area (QMS, Suppliers, Customer, Control, etc.)

I have had worked to companies such as Lear Corporation, Delphi, Takata, Safran, Regal Rexnord, Chromalox and Ametek.

I have a bachelors degree as a Electronic and communications Engineer from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon (FIME). Graduated in 1995

I have 75% of credits for MBA at the University of Texas at Brownsville.
