During the time I worked at AMS I improved my skills in customer service, screening, scheduling calls and interviewing candidates to provide the best experience during a hiring process. Working with people from all around the world, different requisitions, candidates’ profiles and adapting to change has been very challenging. Nevertheless, this helped me to get out of my comfort zone.

Sourcing the best talents has become something I enjoy. I’m looking for growth opportunities and I’d like to develop a career within a company earning even much more experience in the recruitment and HR area.

As an English Tutor with a 9-year experience I find helping extremely rewarding. I realized I feel even more satisfied when I help people to find a job.
