Experiencia
I returned to Mexico in December of last year after living in the United States for two years.
2020 I worked in the Trilingual campaign (Spanish, English and Portuguese) of Booking.com in Majorel in the Customer Service area helping the traveler in any situation regarding the hotel reservation, plane, changes, complaints, services, prices, doubts via phone, chat and email.
2020 I worked at Atos in the Trilingual Service Desk area (Spanish, English and Portuguese) in the Valvoline, Ashland, Mc Graw Hill and Sonoco campaigns, giving assistance to internal users on any situation regarding technical problems (Apps, Microsoft 365 , Systems, PC, Printers , devices ) ticket opening and follow-up , troubleshooting via phone, chat and email.
2013-2019 I worked in Technical Support / Customer Service at Arvato in the Xbox campaign (Spanish and Portuguese) the support was related to billing, technical problems with troubleshooting, guarantees, subscriptions and any questions related to the service via phone, email.
