My main function is to help adapt and improve processes with the help of new
technologies implemented in the company.
T includes process analysis, internal customer requirements gathering (from
different areas within the company), consulting, IT project monitoring,
documentation, and serving as a technical intermediary and interpreter between
external IT providers and end-user internal stakeholders to ensure successful
project development.
I implemented the company's new CRM by analyzing the previous process and
adapting it to a Salesforce-based CRM while ensuring compliance with all
pharmaceutical regulations, leading to a reduction in response time to customers,
ensuring traceability and reducing information loss.
I also implemented new digital channels, e-commerce and new technologies by
analyzing requirements to select the technology that best suits the company's
needs while considering cost and the future vision of executives.
Technologies used include Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP Hybris, and Salesforce
Commerce Cloud.
Skills include Salesforce Admin, documentation, coordination between different
areas, the ability to communicate at technical and non-technical to various levels,
knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Agile-Scrum Methodology.
