*NPI Sourcing Intern at Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies (WABTEC) Corporation March 2023 - Present Understanding that our work and personal achievements contribute to team goals is crucial for my job. I have the opportunity to report daily to the NPI leader and collaborate with the Supply Chain Director - North America Transit Operations to develop a new NPI structure aligning our processes with the 2024 goals. This role has enabled me to learn effective prioritization and to discern opportunities for team benefits and process improvements. Additionally, I proactively engage with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery or to implement recovery plans when necessary.

Assisted customers with choosing items and purchasing transactions. The main goal was finding the best option according to site ́s requirements. In fact,a good notion of the process was essential.

Started selling this service as a way to gather clients attention, attracted them and generate a repurchase habit.

I managed to delegate tasks to newcomers and veterans; and I also taught them to work under pressure but calm.
