UX/UI Designer with a background in product design and over one year of experience in sales and graphic design, providing personalized service and conducting user research with a 95% customer satisfaction rate. Particularly skilled in process efficiency and proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Illustrator, with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

I recently completed a valuable internship as a User Experience Research (UXR) Apprentice at Sperientia [studio+lab]®, where I directly applied the skills acquired during the User Experience Research Track course at Sperientia Academy, which I had a duration of 8 months.

As a UXR intern, I had an enriching experience collaborating in a research lab alongside outstanding professionals. I gained practical knowledge in research methods, data analysis, and presenting results to clients.

In addition to my UX experience, I have a solid background as a designer in the printing sector, specifically in 3D letters advertising and CNC cut Laser or Router. In this role, I was responsible for quoting, designing, and following up on orders, standing out for my customer service, efficient time management, and ability to meet customer-centric requirements. My skills include the use of tools such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Throughout my academic training, I have developed skills in Design Thinking with a focus on UCD and UX, as well as in technical, emotional, and graphic design. I am characterized by my empathy, situational leadership, and my constant pursuit of excellence in every project. I am an objective, observant, and analytical person, with an independent and self-taught nature. I enjoy both the quality of my own work and helping others grow, whether in terms of personal or professional development. I am passionate about the pursuit of distinction, originality, and uniqueness in design.
