With over ten years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I am a passionate and skilled engineer who specializes in medical devices and Industrial Engineering. I work as a Industrial Engineer at Flex, a leading global provider of advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions. My mission is to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers in the medical sector. I thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where I can leverage my expertise in new product introduction (NPI), validation, process improvement, and lean manufacturing to enhance the efficiency, quality, and safety of our processes and products.

In my current carreer, I provided on-site support to our customer at their design center in Boston, MA, for the NPI development process of Class II medical devices. I am responsible for the manufacturing process implementation, assembly line layout, process flow and PFMEA, equipment validation (FAT/SAT/IQ), and medical qualification documentation (ESR/TMV/OQ). I also ensure the line readiness and compliance with the regulatory and customer requirements. Some of the skills that I use and develop in this role are medical devices, validation, NPI, process improvement, lean manufacturing, and documentation.
