My experience as a Prime Trainer involved developing reporting and KPI analytics to align client expectations with delivery. Additionally, as a Training Coordinator, I created and executed training plans based on results and outlier management while auditing trainer performance to enhance overall quality.

Currently, as a Regional Developer, I specialize in evaluating client needs, analyzing data, and proposing and implementing effective solutions. My development skills encompass web applications (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3), AI-based videos, training curriculums, and process simulations. I am well-versed in Agile/SCRUM, 4MAT, Bloom's Taxonomy, Cascade, and SDLC methodologies, ensuring the successful execution of projects.

My educational background in Computer Science from Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes and prior training as a Programming Technician at CECYT have provided me with a strong foundation in a range of programming languages, including C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, React, Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

I have also complemented my skills with relevant certifications, such as Agile Project Management and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power-BI. Additionally, I am committed to continuous learning, as evidenced by my recent completion of the Front-End Developer Specialization and other courses in programming and project management.
